Cancellation Policy

Please review our cancellation and rescheduling policy before booking your event. These policies help us reserve equipment, staffing, and scheduling for all customers.

Rescheduling

Events may be rescheduled based on availability if notice is provided at least 7 days before the scheduled event date. Rescheduled events must take place within the same season unless otherwise approved.

Cancellations

Deposits are non-refundable and will remain on file for a future event. Additional payments are non-refundable for cancellations made within 7 days of the event date.

Weather Policy

Due to the electronic equipment used, laser tag cannot be played in rain or wet conditions. In cases of severe weather or unsafe playing conditions, events may be moved indoors or rescheduled at no additional charge based on availability. Rescheduling plans must be made before NY Laser Tag staff departs for the event. Deposits are non-refundable but may be applied to a future event. Additional payments may be refunded if weather-related changes are arranged prior to NY Laser Tag staff departing for the event. Light rain or normal weather conditions do not automatically qualify for cancellation.

By submitting a booking deposit or payment, customers acknowledge and agree to NY Laser Tag’s cancellation, rescheduling, and weather policies.
