NY Laser Tag Setup Guidelines
Event Requirements
Please review the following setup requirements to ensure a safe, smooth, and successful NY Laser Tag experience.
Space Requirements
- ✔ Open area large enough for safe gameplay
- ✔ Flat ground preferred for outdoor setups
- ✔ Indoor spaces must allow open movement
- ✔ Clear access for setup and breakdown
Trailer Access
- ✔ Parking for 6x10 enclosed trailer near play area
- ✔ Drive-up access for loading/unloading
- ✔ Setup area close to gameplay zone
Power Requirements
- ✔ Standard electrical outlet access preferred
- ✔ Indoor setups require nearby power source
- ✔ Outdoor events also require power access
- ✔ Generator rental available if needed
Outdoor Setup
- ✔ Grass, turf, or open field recommended
- ✔ No hazardous terrain or obstacles
- ✔ Property permission required if applicable
- ✔ Weather backup plan recommended
Indoor Events
- ✔ Gyms, halls, warehouses, or large rooms
- ✔ Adequate lighting control preferred
- ✔ Safe boundaries free of fragile items
